AquaDiva paper Sieburg et al. 2017 selected as HOT article in Analyst


The new AquaDiva publication "Onsite cavity enhanced Raman spectrometry for the investigation of gas exchange processes in the Earth's critical zone" by AquaDiva doctoral researcher Anne Sieburg and other AquaDiva members (Tobias Jochum, Susan Trumbore, Jürgen Popp, Torsten Frosch), recently published in Analyst (142: 3360-3369), was selected as part of the themed collection: Recent HOT articles. The article presents a study that used Raman gas spectrometry as a robust, versatile method for onsite, battery-powered field measurements of gases in the unsaturated and saturated Earth's Critical Zone at the Hainich Critical Zone Exploratory in Thuringia, Germany.
